I would add to that quote that Steve Jobs was an employee when he got fired. Apple was his creation, but instead of being in total control of it he allowed others a piece of the action. This cost him a job the was given back to him and once he took control again he made Apple his business. Something that he was in control of and could steer in the direction that he wished.

If you have a job then your boss is in charge of your future and the direction of your life.

I built this website for those who wanted a business. Your business can exist along side your job.

Once it starts to generate more income than your job does on a monthly basis it is time to consider putting that job behind you and becoming a full time business person.

Yes I know that we live in a diy world. I am a huge fan of do it yourself, but in this case you should have others do it for you. That is the progression from store, to big store to department store to franchises.

You know how to correct it and move on. You know this during the good and the bad times. You know what is best for your business and if you do not you at least know where to go to get the help you need.

I would like to suggest some things to you that might aid your business. Most of us got into the business that we are in hoping that it would grow over time. Who starts a business and says to themselves I want to reach this certain level and stop right there. Who does not want to grow and improve and make more profit?
